I’m a guitar tutor with over 3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering, focusing on guitar. I have a deep passion for improvisation, especially across various jazz and blues styles. My teaching style is supportive, engaging, and goal-oriented, designed to fit school students, hobbyists, and professionals alike. I specialize in modal scales, arpeggios, dominant seventh theory, and bebop phrasing. Together, we work on developing your own unique improvisational voice. My methodology combines hands-on exercises with clear explanations, making technical concepts easy to understand.
You’ll learn how to troubleshoot common problems and make simple adjustments that save time and money. I emphasize the importance of knowing your instrument inside and out, which leads to better playing and greater musical expression. Whether you’re preparing for casual jam sessions or leading worship, I’m here to support your growth.
