I start by setting clear goals and creating a realistic schedule. Identify my learning preferences and choose effective study materials. Regularly assess your progress and adjust my methodology accordingly. Stay organized, minimize distractions, and prioritize self-discipline. Experiment with various techniques, such as active recall and spaced repetition, to find what works best for my students. I do give out time to take breaks to maintain focus and prevent burnout. Adapt my approach based on continuous reflection and improvement.
