About Ellena
I am in my third year of teaching Sociology at both GCSE and at A level. I have taught students who received A*-C at GCSE level and A*-C at Alevel with students taking up places at well respected universities. I also hold a BA (hons) first class in Sociology as well as a MA (hons) 2:1 in Sociology, with published research.

I currently teach GCSE Sociology and A level Sociology through the AQA specification.
I typically spend the first part of my lesson breaking down the key terms of the lesson, following this we will discuss and debate the sociological study/argument/evidence. Once you have completed this, I will help you to apply this to your exam structure through AO1, AO2 and AO3 skills. Finally, I will assess your understanding through exam practice.
