I am working in Morgan Stanley as a Senior Software developer in Java. I have completed my B.Tech from IIEST, Shibpur in Information Technology department. I have been teaching school students in my locality and also a few college students.

I believe the only thing needed to succeed is to put efforts in right direction. Once, we know the target we want to achieve, we would be able to list out the topics and estimate the time and efforts required. We will focus on each topic's concepts first and then some problem solving or practice questions related to the topic. We'll also schedule tests every month which helps in understanding the strength and weakness of students and plan ahead for better results.
