My extensive experience with Python spans several years and a variety of applications, including personal projects, university assignments, and professional work. • Techniques and Teaching Methodology: I use visualization techniques to help students better understand coding theory. Alongside this, I provide practical code examples that align with the theory, enabling students to experiment and learn hands-on.
• Typical Length of a Lesson: I aim for each lesson to be approximately one hour long. I believe that longer sessions can lead to exhaustion and a decrease in focus and productivity.
• Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor: I have a diverse range of tutoring experiences. I served as a sessional tutor at Waikato University, teaching data structures to an individual. Additionally, I voluntarily tutored someone in Cybersecurity and coding for a period of three months.
• Target Audience for Lessons: My lessons are primarily aimed at students preparing to enter university, particularly those looking to gain a deep understanding of Python. This typically includes students in years 11 to 13.
