About Daniel
I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist from Bristol, UK. I provide a professional holistic health services to adults with long term health conditions.
Daniel suffered with his mental health challenges when growing up and being an adult suffering from physical disabilities. I was determined to overcome this positively and I wanted to help others.
I studied Heath sciences related subjects at university, where after I worked various public sector support roles in Health and Education sectors.
During this time I continued to struggle with my mental health and in 2012 I suffered an accident where I required treatment for both my physical and mental health. Now, I wanted to help others with their own mental health struggles.

My approach is more postive holistic approach. It is about helping you as the client to focus on the solutions you want in your life, not the problem(s) or condition(s). Solution Focused Hypnotherapy coaching in addition we support you as the client with mental and emotional needs. At first, we show you how to relax by doing various exercises. Next, we use Solution Focused Therapy to find new solutions forward. Finally, hypnotherapy part where we combine all the new skills where you are invited close your eyes, sit back to relaxing music, relax and imagine your preferred future. Through hypnotherapy part of the session will help you apply the skills you have learnt into positive actions, behaviours and interactions with people in your life. Overall, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can take you as the client back control in your life.
