Having experienced home learning myself I empathise with students right now. I would love the opportunity to teach based on my personal experience to ensure students meet their full potential. It is important to work collaboratively, identifying areas of difficulty, practicing this area together, giving the student the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Despite home learning, I gained A in English Literature A-level and got offered a place at The University of Oxford. Also, because I have just done my A-levels and GCSE’s, I am fully aware what exam boards expect from candidates. This guarantees my students being confident, hitting the right assessment objectives, and achieving top grades.
At GCSE level I can teach:
- Blood Brothers.
- A Christmas Carol.
- Romeo and Juliet.
- Unseen poetry.
At A-level I can teach:
- The Handmaids Tale.
- Othello.
- Unseen poetry.
Plus, having gained a place at The University of Oxford I have experienced the admissions process and would be happy to help students applying to Oxford/Cambridge.
