About Abi
I am a medical school applicant who studied biology, chemistry and Spanish alevel at a grammar school, with chemistry I struggled through out a large part but I managed to find ways of understanding chemistry in a more simple way with better revision techniques till I became an A* student which allows me to relate to students struggling and teach from a student perspective, I have taught many year 12 students chemistry over the past three months.

My teaching method is very student centred and how they like to learn , I recommend teaching in a very basic way first and to get a general idea then go deeper once I can gather my student understands through conversation and questions, I then go into further depth and on to exam questions. I also go through mark schemes to strengthen exam technique. Mainly I make sure my students understand each topic before moving on. As well I like to focus on the best ways to revise chemistry and allow the student to revise and understand the subject in an efficient way .
