About Allison
I ended my school year in algebra with a 102% in the class. And I was able to explain equations using real-life examples and experiences that either everyone has experienced or personal experiences from my life or the person I'm assisting's life. I always make sure that everyone feels comfortable with asking questions and I always make sure that everyone fully understands the topic before I move on because in math everything builds onto each other, so if you're not understanding something from early on, then more advanced math will be harder.

Math is hard and boring, and I get it, but I find ways to relate math to your actual life rather than just telling you that it's necessary. Learning isn't about getting the highest grade, it's about learning on the way! I understand that not everyone likes math, but trust me, when you find out just how important it actually is and how we can make it actually fun to learn, it's not so terrible!
