About Anya
After graduating from the University of Liverpool with two degrees, I decided to travel Southeast Asia for six months. There, I interacted with people from all over the world, which only heightened my passion for languages and discovering other fascinating cultures. I like to teach as I very much enjoy helping other people discover their love for languages, just like I did on my first ever holiday to Spain. I want people to feel confident enough to go on holiday to Spain and interact with locals with ease.

I thoroughly believe that learning a language should be an immersive and interactive experience. My lessons will teleport us to Spain, using real-life scenarios and cultural explorations, like ordering tapas at a bar or navigating our way through a park. We will speak only Spanish during our lessons (unless necessary), helping to build a natural confidence within the language. Lessons will typically last an hour and be tailored to specific goals, however long lessons can be daunting, so they can be shortened at request. I spent my university years practicing and teaching international students English and Spanish, which has enabled me to develop a strong conversational dynamic. Beginner or advanced, my lessons are tailored to anyone who is prepared to initiate their journey in learning a new language.
