About Christopher
I have a degree in Spanish from the University of Exeter and have a passion for learning and teaching languages at any level. I studied Maths to A-level and work with numbers both in a professional environment and in my spare time.
The confidence to explore a language, both in written and spoken word, is key to a successful and enjoyable learning experience. Taking the time to understand a student's interests allows me to prepare and provide the optimal learning material and resources in order to aid learning. Languages are fun and exciting to get to grips with as a learner, as well as to teach.
Maths, scary for some, is again a matter of confidence. Similar to learning a language, a Maths student will build a foundation of skills and knowledge which, with confidence, are applied to solve all manner of problems. Maths should be challenging yet fun as a learning experience.
