About Amber
Heritage learners in the US often speak the language at home yet struggle to write it with confidence. Helping these students bridge the gap between spoken dialect and academic literacy has been my primary focus for 6 years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies alongside an ACTFL OPI Certification to ensure my methods remain rigorous and academic.
My work centers on cultural context and building vocabulary, while also addressing the nuances between Latin American and Castilian variants. Whether we are practicing role play or dialogue to improve pronunciation, I keep the content grounded in real situations.
