About Sydney
I am currently studying Early Childhood/Special Education and Spanish at NYU, but have loved teaching since I was 14! I began teaching dance lessons (we can do that too if you want!) and then transferred to the academic world of teaching through a tutoring program at my high school. I then went to NYU to further study pedagogy and have student taught at various schools and tutored in Spanish and Dance virtually.

In our first session, we will talk about what your goals are and different ways we can achieve them. I believe that always coming to class prepared, but also prepared to change and be flexible is vital to a good tutoring session. So, I model this for each lesson. After our first meeting, I will put together a plan of study that we will loosely follow to achieve your goals. I also believe in doing more than worksheets, putting skills into real life situation is when we remember them, so that's what I do!
