About Camille
I am a Psychology graduate and an experienced preschool teacher who enjoys helping others learn in a supportive and positive environment. Spanish is my native language, and I am passionate about sharing it with students of different ages and levels. My background in Psychology has taught me to be patient, understanding, and attentive to each person’s individual learning style. I believe learning a language should be practical, enjoyable, and encouraging, and I strive to help my students feel comfortable, confident, and motivated throughout the learning process.

My approach to teaching Spanish is patient, practical, and personalized to each student’s needs and learning style. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable making mistakes and practicing without fear of judgment. I use conversation, repetition, vocabulary activities, pronunciation practice, reading, and real-life examples to help students develop both their confidence and communication skills.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of what we previously learned, followed by new vocabulary or grammar concepts. We then practice through conversation, exercises, and interactive activities. I like to end each lesson with a brief review and practical practice that students can use outside of the lesson.
What sets me apart is my background in Psychology and my experience working with children. This has helped me develop patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt my communication style to different personalities and learning needs. I focus not only on teaching Spanish, but also on creating a positive environment where students feel motivated and supported.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, children, teenagers, and adults who want to learn or improve their Spanish. I can support students who are starting from the basics, developing conversational skills, improving pronunciation and vocabulary, or simply looking to become more confident using Spanish in everyday situations.
