About Aya
I earned a B.S. in Public Health and a minor in Spanish at UCLA and am currently attending UC Riverside School of Medicine to earn my MD. If you or your child is pre-med or learning Spanish, I have plenty of applicable experience to help! I am very personable and have worked with a variety of students in-person and online grade levels, and cater to different learning methods.

My teaching method involves tailored approaches that appeal to each student's learning style. A typical lesson plan is informed by assignments that the student needs to complete or breaking down and practicing content provided by teachers. I have 5 years of tutoring experience across a variety of topics in both the high school and undergraduate levels, and graduated from UCLA, the number one public institution in the US.

Perfect! My daughter is in an elementary level dual immersion Spanish program and Aya was an excellent tutor. She helped her with multiplication as well. After the lesson my daughter said she wants to see her everyday!

Aya really helped me with AP Bio last year and was able to explain the lessons in a way I could understand. I struggled a lot but she broke down everything I needed to know and was patient in helping me out. I would say she is credible because of how good she did in her AP Bio class, and how high she scored on the exam.
