I hold a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have taught both Spanish and English in large classrooms and one-on-one settings. My teaching experience has included a wide range of ages and levels, including college courses, adult learners, and children beginning their language education. I love languages because they allow us to develop connections with others, and I love getting to know my students during our sessions. In my lessons, I focus on authentic, meaningful language input and output, teaching through conversation and interactive activities. I am a patient teacher, but I push my students to take on challenges with the philosophy that every student is capable of learning if provided with the right support. I tailor lessons to each student's unique interests and goals.
