Perfect! Armando invests his time in identifying my needs and areas for development. He gives me some light homework and pointers for self-directed study after each lesson, which is helpful. He has a warm personality and a sincere love for sharing his native language. Each lesson is well prepared, and he's very organised. I recommend people give him a try and see for themselves.
Perfect! Armando was very patient and used as much Spanish as possible during our lesson. I learnt how to spell in Spanish and how to form basic sentences which were grammatically correct. He was well prepared for our lesson, using many PowerPoint slides and videos as well. He was dressed smart, wearing a polo shirt. He had a great smile and was very friendly.

Armando is a native speaker and a great conversation partner. He always makes you laugh and the learning experience is better when you have fun.
I started lessons with Armando in November 2025 and he has been terrific. After 18 months of Duolingo and not feeling I was making any real progress with conversational Spanish, I am now feeling that if I continue my online one on one lessons with Armando that within a few months, I will be able to hold some basic conversations.
Armando is very patient, he pushes me hard, which I want, and he has a bright personality which make the lessons very enjoyable.
Armando has been amazing. He is very patient with me as I have struggled to learn Spanish. Learning how to use gender and tense (past, present, future) are difficult but Armando helps to make these easier. He also very flexible with his time and works around my work schedule.
