What My Lessons Are Like
All materials are provided before each lesson (vocab sheets, worksheets, etc.)
Lessons can be explained in English if needed — no worries!
We’ll review what we learned in the previous class
You’ll check new vocabulary for the current lesson
Learn new grammar with visual slides
Practice speaking using the new grammar and vocabulary in realistic situations (e.g. everyday life or what may happen in Japan)

Perfect! Chirico is a friendly, very helpful, enthusiastic and caring teacher. Chirico makes you feel comfortable and connects with you at every level. Her online lesson presentations are easy to follow, content and illustrations are fun interesting as well as appropriate
for beginner level. Chirico engages well with you, the online language exercises help you retain the new vocabulary.
I am very happy with Chirico, a pleasure to have her as my teacher.

- Every time she learned new words, she tries to use them in lessons and our messages. She takes 2hrs lesson in each lesson which is probably hard to focus on, but she works on the lessons so hard. I can't wait to speak more in Japanese with her in the future!Chihiro's response :

Perfect! She's very engaging and it's very clear that she cares about what I want to learn. She is very good at explaining terms I don't understand and because of her I learned several ways to count in Japanese in less than 10 minutes within my lesson. She also challenges me to use Japanese in ways that I haven't used before and because of that my grades are improving in Japanese.

Perfect! Chihiro is an awesome and kind Japanese language teacher who is very motivating and her lessons are very engaging and fun. She uses a mixture of her own language materials in combination with following a textbook (I'm using Genki). Using a well designed textbook is my preferred style of learning as I need some structure but Chihiro offers extra value by bringing extra language points to complement the textbook at the right time. Others may have different language learning styles which I'm sure Chihiro is able to cater for.
I have done almost 2 months of lessons with Chihiro-sensei and every week my Japanese improves at a steady rate.
Chihiro-sensei paces the lessons according to your level and ability and pushes you just enough so that you improve while maintaining a casual, fun and relax atmosphere.
