About Emily
My name is Miss Emily, and I am a Special Education Teacher specializing in working with high school students. Over the past eight years, I have had the opportunity to work with learners representing a wide range of abilities and needs. In addition to my work in Special Education, I have also served as a co-teacher in the Biology Department for four years.

I design personalized lessons tailored to each learner’s unique needs. My experience includes creating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)–based lessons, such as discrete trial training and task analyses, as well as more traditional instructional approaches. I am also familiar with the Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract (CPA) method for math instruction. I can support students in developing a range of academic skills, including reading, writing, mathematics, and biology.
