About Goravsing
Hi, my name is Goravsing, but you can call me Manav. I broke my leg and missed three months of crucial learning. Shortly after, I missed another two weeks because my school had to close due to infrastructure issues, delaying classes until the problem was resolved.
On top of this, my Economics teachers became unavailable, and many left after my first year in sixth form. This left my classmates and me in a difficult situation, with only one teacher for both Year 12 and Year 13. Unfortunately, this teacher could only cover macroeconomics, so we missed out on learning microeconomics entirely.
Faced with these challenges, I quickly realized that if I didn’t take charge of my own learning, I wouldn’t pass my exams or be able to get into university. I devised a plan to essentially teach myself the entire A-Level syllabus. Despite having less than four months and immense pressure, I was able to achieve three A’s.
Now, I’m passionate about supporting other students on their academic journeys and helping those striving to reach university reach their goals.

I will focus on the simple mastery of basic topics and breaking it down into memorable phrases and recall that can be used in exams (I used these myself). This should allow any of my students to be able to recall and use these key memory tools in exams.
I also aim on focusing to simplify the exam technique. During my time of studying economics at A-Level, I was very confused as the mark scheme was so vague. I used tools and my teachers to simplify this and built up examples of paragraphs, which allowed me to get 24/25 in my final exam essay.
My lessons can range anywhere between 1-2 hours. Whatever is preferable to my clients.
I aim to help A-Level students however GCSE students can also benefit from my information as I can simplify graphs and simple concepts for any non-economist to understand.
