I (depending on the requirements and learning styles of the student) typically follow the three-part lesson structure; for an hour lesson; for example; 20:20:20 incorporating different skills such as listening/watching, collaborating/team working and 20 minutes of individual work with plenary round-up at the end.
I am extremely responsive to the needs of the individual student and I always work collaboratively to ensure the best outcome for each student - I work with I do not dictate how to learn. My experience of the application and study of Psychology combined with my clinical experience enables me to bring insight, originality, depth and knowledge to any teaching role. I am an excellent communicator and use these skills in delivering feedback to drive and improve progress.
