At almost four years of teaching experience, I have come across all types of learners and dance practitioners. I am constantly studying to include different historical contexts and perspectives into my teaching practice to provide an intellectually stimulating classroom experience!

I integrate meditations and journaling into my teaching practice, to create a mindful and holistically enriching experience!
