I am a spiritual coach assisting people to improve their wellbeing and connection with the divine utilising various tools including life coaching, integrative mind-body, astrology, biohacking, meditation, breathwork, shadow work, human design Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Tantra Yoga and healing modalities. Each person's preferences and requirements are different so we will use our introduction meeting to determine the best path forward.
