About Frida

Nowadays it is difficult to find an honest and reliable shaman (medicine man) who is able to answer all your existential doubts without hesitation, someone who really has a connection with nature and the energy that we call God. I was lucky to meet one (in a million) with those abilities in my path and the fortune of living with him for a long time, accompany him, learn and absorb all his knowledge to get out of my ignorance and live free. That's why I want to share this knowledge with all those people who are curious about the spiritual (which has nothing to do with religion). Religion is a small pixel of everything that we can actually see in the complete image. Spirituality gives you a broader perspective, tools to become conscious and transcend the pain. Help me to help you! With love I will help you on your way.

About the lesson

We will do a session per week in Skype or Zoom and I will send you a personalized 3-month program by mail with which we will change old negative patterns and go on connecting more with your inner self, you will develop intuition and you will be able to see more clearly who you really are, your mission of life, as well as developing your connection with nature and God, or source of creative energy. Through tools such as the Maya Tzolkin, Vipassana, Yoga, Music, Mindfulness and much more, in the end it is all part of the same. I am another you!
