About SAMYUKTHA
My name is Samyuktha Nagendran, and I am a part-time communication skills trainer. I am placed in TCS and currently awaiting my joining, and I am also working as an intern at Concept School nearby. Alongside my professional journey, I train students to improve their communication skills and spoken English, which is my passion. My focus is on building confidence, clarity, and effective expression in a supportive learning environment.

My Teaching Approach
As a communication skills trainer, my approach is practical, student-centric, and confidence-focused. I believe communication is not about perfect English but about clarity, confidence, and expression.
Teaching Techniques & Methods
Practical speaking exercises instead of rote grammar
Role plays for real-life situations (interviews, meetings, daily conversations)
Guided sentence framing to help students think and speak clearly
Error correction with explanation, not interruption
Use of simple examples, storytelling, and everyday vocabulary
I adapt my method based on the learner’s level and comfort.

Warm-up conversation (to build comfort and confidence)
Concept of the day (spoken English / communication skill)
Practice session (speaking, role play, or exercises)
