About Bridget
As a child and your adult I struggled with eating disorders.
I've been both end of the weight spectrum before I found peace in understanding my body's nutritional need and what it takes to make positive life long changes.
I used to compete at a professional level with multiple fitness federations achieving great result.
I belive is very important for a good nutritional coach to experience at first hand what they client go through to truly understand they struggles and their journey.
Not just talk the talk but walk the walk.

About the lesson

45-60 minutes 1-1 online sessions.
During the sessions we gain an understanding of the client goals and nutritional, dietary needs, lifestyle,any health conditions, food intolerances and allergies.
Based on the gained information
we build specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, plan with a set time frame based on science.
Then we discuss all the tools and support the client needs to achieve their desired outcome.
During the sessions my aim is to educate the clients as I'm not giving out set meal plans and quick fixes but rather give them knowledge and the right tools to create life long successful habits and understanding of nutrition.
There is no one method fits all.
