About Yanai
It is not about where you came from - but where you want to be!
I firmly believe in the human potential for growth and development. We all struggle with mental obstacles in school, sports, or life. I believe that we can all learn how to adaptively deal with life's challenges and grow through them.
I have experience as a professional and collegiate soccer player, and as a mental performance coach. My passion to spread the word of sport psychology led me to pursue a career in this world, and I cannot wait to share this passion with you!

With a master's degree in Sport Psychology, I teach mental performance skills to all.
I believe in experiential learning - that is, you will not only learn the science of sport psychology, but also learn through applying the skills during our sessions.
Learning mental skills can be highly useful for anyone wanting to improve their mental capacity to perform on the field, in the classroom, or in any other area of your life.
