About Alper
I have been a real sportsman since my childhood with several champion titles in kickboxing at my youngest and bodybuilding more recently.
Sport is a way of life for me and I love teaching and passing on my knowledge and above all motivating people.

Alper est un super coach, très à l'écoute, motivant et s'adapte facilement à vos besoins. J'effectue des cours de boxe avec lui et il vous pousse à vous dépasser afin d'atteindre votre plein potentiel. Il prend également le temps de discuter avec vous à la fin de chaque séance pour répondre à vos questions et adapter les prochains entraînements selon votre évolution et vos envies.
Alper est une personne formidable et un prof très compétent. Malgré un parcours de vie et une situation compliquée, il a su être à l'écoute, non jugeant, empathique et professionnel dans son approche. Les entraînements sont intense mais adaptés aux besoins de la personne, tout en douceur et en motivation.
Je ne peux que le recommander aux personnes voulant s'initier aux sports de combats et aux plau aguerris.Excellent!! j'ai fais 2 séances /semaine au fit avec Alper pendant 3 mois ! Pour bien démarrer ma remise en forme, c'était génial.
Motivant et bon instructeur, c'est programme son vraiment adapté. Je recommande vivement!!
