I'm actually a sportsperson, and i always try to be fit because being fit is healthy. When I see people who are obese or chubby wonder how they won't workout because being unhealthy can relate to many problems and one of the most common thing nowadays is heartattack. I don't want people to be responsible for their own suffering that's the reason I want to share my knowledge
