About Yushrah
Hi, I’m Yushrah — passionate about helping students discover the beauty of Afrikaans. I create a warm, supportive space where learners feel confident to ask questions and grow. My patient, personalized approach makes learning to speak, read, and write Afrikaans fun and rewarding.
I have experience working with younger children, having assisted at a school where I supported learners who needed extra help — including one-on-one intervention sessions. I’ve also worked with students who struggle to read, acting as a reader and scribe to help them engage with learning in a way that suits their needs. In my free time, I help kids in my street with reading, offering extra support and encouragement to build their confidence and skills.
