I offer in-person or virtual tutoring sessions (to promote social distancing and convenience) (at a discounted rate). I do not require a traveling fee for Chapel Hill/Carrboro, but do require a $5 fee if elsewhere. I prefer a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or re-schedule but preferably at earliest possible time.
