I like to teach in directed, unstructured ways that are a part of learning by discovery. My typical lesson is structured on mainly case studies to enable learners to abstract information and synthesise to get to the core objectives of the lesson.
After the case study, I reinforce the principles using notes and learning material, and learners appreciate what they learnt through class exercises.
Tutorials will then be given for later reference and practice.
