I’m Coach Tekin, a professional Kickboxing & Muay Thai coach based in Los Angeles and Santa Monica. With years of experience training beginners, athletes, and everyone in between, I focus on building strength, confidence, and proper technique in a motivating environment. Whether at the gym, outdoors, or at your home, I make each session fun, challenging, and tailored to your goals.

We’ll focus on:
Proper stance, balance, and striking form
Punch, kick, knee, and elbow combinations
Pad work, footwork drills, and conditioning
Breathing and movement techniques to build confidence and endurance
You’ll train in a motivating, supportive environment that blends fitness with martial arts culture. Each session ends with a cool-down to keep your body strong and balanced.
Duration: 60 minutes
What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, water, and (optional) your own gloves/hand wraps (gear can be provided).
Who it’s for: All levels welcome — from travelers looking for a fun fitness experience to athletes sharpening their skills.
