I had a feeling that he was going to be the instructor who was going to unleash my imagination, and after several years under his mentorship was the case. He is like an ocean of ​​information and his most important trait is his sincere and objective support. He focuses on the things that make you special and helps to develop them. He helped me to find my cinematic identity and under his supervision, my film went to local and international film festivals.

Elmo never left our side; his commitment was beyond the required. He was always ready to answer any questions and revised our work a million times in order to make it better. Most importantly, he taught us the best methodology for making films by listing the process and research we have to undertake. He taught us that our films must come from within us. He always shifted our minds to think in the correct way of how and why we make films. Every meeting he arranged for us was a huge help in our film making process. He taught us that listening to people’s ideas and working as a team is very important in the field. He gave us all the same amount of time and effort in order to bring out the best of us! He has all my respect and appreciation!

Elmo is one of those few people who have truly captured what it means to be an instructor. There is a certain finesse you’ll come to see in Elmo's work.
