About Annabel
Hi everyone! My name is Annabel and I am a current undergraduate student in London studying Pharmaceutical Chemistry ( 887AAAAAA grade at GCSE) with experience in tutoring friends in science subjects, guaranteeing them an understanding in topics that may seem complicated at first glance! I am offering to help out year 10/11 GCSE students who want to gain confidence in Chemistry, Maths and Physics, and address areas of weakness in weekly 1 to 1 sessions as useful preparation for mock/ final exams!

I believe reading from a textbook is a boring, dull way of learning and may not be so effective when trying to memorise all the content. Instead, I offer a visual way of learning (using whiteboard and pen) to have the students draw out images themselves and engage in activities that will secure understanding (rather than someone reading our information to them). I also do believe that practice makes perfect, so I will go through relevant exercises in topics chosen by the student, to help them gain confidence when tackling exam-styled questions.
