About Ritu
I am an enthusiastic and passionate Piano tutor with 7 years of teaching experience. I teach Piano to school and college students and am deeply committed to their success.
During my career, I have trained students at different levels and supported them in achieving steady progress. Many of my students have confidently performed in public events, which has been a significant milestone for me as a teacher.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clarity, and consistency. I focus on developing strong technical skills, including finger control, rhythm timing, scales, and music reading. I also guide students in understanding musical expression.
I believe that each student learns differently. That is why I personalise lessons according to their pace and goals. I create a positive atmosphere where students feel safe to ask questions and explore their creativity.
Music education helps students build discipline, concentration, and emotional strength. My goal is to shape confident and skilled musicians who enjoy learning.
Teaching Piano gives me true happiness, and I remain dedicated to inspiring every student to achieve excellence.

My piano teaching methodology is designed to help students become independent and expressive musicians through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity.
I begin by assessing strengths and areas for improvement, then create personalised lesson plans that include technical exercises, theory knowledge, and performance preparation. Motivation is sustained by recognising effort and celebrating achievements regularly.
Communication is simple, supportive, and interactive, ensuring that students clearly understand tempo, dynamics, chord progressions, scale techniques, and musical interpretation. Integrity guides my teaching practices, as I maintain discipline, structured lessons, and honest feedback.
Creativity is developed through improvisation, songwriting basics, playing by ear, and experimenting with different musical styles. Along with piano, I also teach harmony, music theory, rhythm training, and beginner keyboard skills to ensure strong and lasting musical foundations.
