About Richard
I am a Feldenkrais Practitioner and acupuncturist who has worked with four doctors, in a physical rehabilitation hospital, at universities and community centers. I studied directly with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the Amherst, MA training (1980-1983). I have many years of experience helping people to get free from stress and pain and move, sleep and breathe comfortably. In these stressful times its nice to be able to consult and learn from a person with decades of professional experience to help create customized sessions for real improvement in a short time.

I customize for the needs of the people I work with. As a result they get far more benefit than they expected initially. They see unexpected improvements in their comfort, health and energy levels. My work draws upon Feldenkrais training, Chinese Medicine training, ideokinesis, qi gong, mindfulness meditation and a variety of other things I have learned and utilized over the years.
