About Mafe
I'm Mafe, a Colombian dancer and multidisciplinary artist based in the Bay Area. I moved to the US years ago and found that dance became my way back to myself — through the stress, the uncertainty, the reinvention. That's why I founded Muévete Latina, a somatic movement method for women, and I'm also certified in NLP and personal transformation. I've led workshops for 60+ women and love helping people rediscover confidence and joy through movement.

My classes blend Latin dance (salsa, Regueton, free-form) with somatic movement from my own method, Muévete Latina, to help you release stress, rebuild confidence, and feel at home in your body again.
