Hello everyone! My name is Vyacheslav Komakha, I trained for 12 years at my school in Kiev, it is called FlexDerekSchool, up to the age of 26 I was absolutely not a flexible person until I started stretching with my coach. And after 6 months I opened my own school (in 2009) and have since helped inflexible adults become more flexible and restore their body's youth, as well as lose weight. Since 2012 I have been conducting effective and safe personal training via Skype. I would be very happy to help you become more flexible!

I want to say that I'm beyond grateful for having met Slava. He is patient, detail oriented, and demanding. He keeps me accountable and doesn't ever let me down.
