About Zoey
I am an English tutor with 3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Digital Media and Communication. My teaching approach is all about making English fun, useful, and easy to apply in real life. I focus on helping learners improve in areas like dating and relationships, expressing feelings, and understanding social cues. We practise how to start conversations, keep them going, and make them meaningful. I also guide learners in navigating romantic situations, whether online or face-to-face. My methodology uses playful activities, role-play, and lighthearted exercises. This keeps lessons memorable and enjoyable. I’m very good with Immigrant/Newcomer and Hobbyist, and I make sure both feel comfortable and supported. I design lessons that build confidence step by step. Together, we work on words, tone, and body language for stronger communication. Students quickly see improvement in real conversations outside of class. My teaching style is friendly and interactive, with lots of space for practice. You’ll learn to use English to connect on a deeper level. Lessons will always feel like a joy, not a chore.
