I have a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology and Management (Auburn University) and a Master's degree in Biology (University of Alberta). I have tutored students from high school to undergraduate level as well as taught an undergraduate intro to ecology lab.

As a tutor, my methodology is to focus on what the student(s) need to understand the material. Whether it is part of a lecture that doesn't make sense or a concept from the textbook, my approach is to break things down and help the student(s) see how each individual part works and how concepts are related before building everything together to see the big picture.
