About Fatimah

As a passionate Chemistry tutor, I make difficult topics like moles and stoichiometry, electrochemistry, chemical bonding, stereochemistry, electronic configuration, and thermodynamics clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
I’m an experienced and dedicated tutor who believes that Chemistry becomes much easier when students understand the concepts behind the equations, reactions, and calculations rather than simply memorising them. I use clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, visual learning, and practical examples to make challenging topics more approachable.
I work with students from Years 9–12, including VCE Chemistry and NSW HSC Chemistry, as well as university students studying Chemistry and Biochemistry. I adapt my teaching to each student’s individual level, learning style, and pace.
My goal is to help students build a strong conceptual foundation, develop problem-solving skills, gain confidence, and achieve their academic goals through personalised and professional lessons.

About the lesson

I’m an experienced Chemistry tutor helping students make Chemistry clear, manageable, and enjoyable. I teach students from Years 9–12, including VCE Chemistry and NSW HSC Chemistry, as well as university students studying Chemistry, Biochemistry, and related subjects.
I cover a broad range of Chemistry topics, including General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, chemical bonding, atomic structure, electronic configuration, stoichiometry and the mole concept, thermodynamics, equilibrium, acids and bases, electrochemistry, reaction kinetics, stereochemistry, spectroscopy, and chemical reactions.
For university students studying Biochemistry, I can help with topics such as amino acids, proteins, enzymes, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids, metabolism, biochemical pathways, molecular interactions, enzyme kinetics, and related biochemical concepts.
I also assist with assignments, laboratory reports, calculations, assessments, practice questions, and exam preparation.
Every lesson is tailored to your course, level, learning style, and pace. Whether you’re studying school Chemistry, preparing for VCE or HSC, or studying Chemistry or Biochemistry at university, I’ll help you understand challenging concepts, build confidence, and achieve your academic goals.
