A little about me

Hello! I'm a BSc-B.Ed student at IIT Jodhpur, pursuing my passion for Physics alongside my journey to becoming an educator.

For me, teaching is more than explaining a chapter or solving a numerical. It is about understanding how students think, identifying where they struggle, and finding ways to make even challenging concepts feel approachable.

My integrated degree helps me develop two important perspectives: a strong foundation in Physics and an understanding of how students learn. I strive to bring both into my classes through clear explanations, patient guidance, interactive discussions, and a focus on conceptual understanding.

I believe every student deserves an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I aim to create that environment in every online class.

Whether your goal is to strengthen your fundamentals, improve your problem-solving skills, or develop greater confidence in Physics and Mathematics, I'll work with you to identify your needs and build a learning approach that suits you.

My teaching approach

I believe Physics is not a subject to be memorised, it is a way of understanding the world around us. My goal is to help students move beyond formulas and textbook definitions to discover the reasoning, intuition, and real-life phenomena behind every concept.

As a student of IIT Jodhpur, I am learning both Physics and the science of teaching. I focus on building strong conceptual foundations, explaining difficult ideas in simple language, and encouraging students to ask questions rather than blindly accept what they are taught.

How do I conduct my classes?

- Start with curiosity: I often begin with a question, an everyday phenomenon, or a thought-provoking situation that makes students curious about the topic.
- Build intuition before formulas: Instead of jumping straight into equations, I help students understand the physical meaning behind them and why they work.
- Connect Physics to real life: From the motion of a ball to the working of everyday electrical devices, I connect abstract concepts with experiences students can relate to.
- Learn through questions: I encourage students to predict, reason, explain, and challenge their own understanding. I want them to develop the confidence to think independently.
- Strengthen concepts through problems: Once the fundamentals are clear, we gradually move towards numerical problems, applications, and exam-oriented questions.

What makes my classes different?

I don't believe that a student who cannot understand an explanation is necessarily a weak student. Sometimes, the explanation simply needs a different approach. I try to identify where the confusion begins and find a simpler way to make the concept click.

My aim is not to make students dependent on my explanations, but to help them reach a point where they can reason through a problem themselves.

I offer online Physics and Mathematics tutoring for school students, particularly those who want to strengthen their fundamentals, overcome conceptual difficulties, and prepare for examinations without reducing learning to rote memorisation.

Whether you find Physics confusing, want to improve your problem-solving skills, or are simply curious about how the world works, we will work together to make learning clearer, more engaging, and meaningful.

Because the real success of a teacher is not when a student remembers every answer, but when they learn how to find the answers themselves.
