I am 22 years old until March 22nd. I have been tutoring for three years and will be graduating next spring and then pursuing a master's degree for education while working in some type of educational setting. My form of tutoring involves communication with the student, instead teaching and asking if they understand the material. I feel that having them talk with me during the lesson is more beneficial to their learning and interactiveness. I also use fun activities (physical and cognitive) to help students understand the lesson. I also allow snacks and 5-15 minute breaks for young students to release enough energy to be able refocus on their school work. I do anything I canto make learning fun for youngs students!
