About Dorothy
I'm Dottie and have just enrolled at university; I wan't to teach because I understand the practice of hard work. I have had to transform my learning in order to achieve the high goals I set myself and yearn to help others feel this sense of pride in theirselves. In my opinion, I find that learning taught in schools is very linear and believe that I offer a more unique style of learning that tailors much better to an individual. Academic success is fostered by encouragement and confidence and I aspire to install this in my students and put them onto a path of high attainment. With a passion for history and politics, alongside with my theatre qualifications, I am a 'people's-person' that's very outgoing and approachable with a curiosity for learning. My degree, consisting of liberal arts modules (which range from philosophy to anthropology), a history major, a proficiency in marketing and beginning an intermediate Spanish course, I have qualifications from a variety of disciplines, making myself the perfect tutor as I can pull knowledge from many fields and apply them to my student's studies to help their understanding.

Using creative and visual methods to aid the learning process in 45-50 minutes. I have previously been an academic mentorat school and hold a DBS to teach drama to children. I will be offering help for GCSE and A-level studies.
