About Anele
I am an H.R student just out of college whose really passionate about changing lives. I believe in self love and care. Although I have not taught anyone I know the struggles of stress myself as a teenager. I'm really passionate about helping believe and making them better people. I would be so grateful if I could be given a chance.

I would honestly prefer giving my lessons to class level since I'm not ready for degree level just as I just completed a degree myself. My teaching method is very straightforward and to the point because in stress management the first role is begin with self love then channelling that into positive energy.
