About Shivani
I’m a young literature enthusiast, lifelong reader, and unapologetic humanities nerd with a particular love for classics, Greek mythology, history, and the strange ways old stories continue to shape the modern world. I’ve spent years reading everything from epic poetry and tragic heroes to modern fiction, essays, and literary criticism—usually with far too many tabs open in the process.
My classes are for students, university learners, and curious adults who want more than memorization. I focus on discussion, close reading, cultural context, and building strong analytical and writing skills—serious learning, good conversation, and absolutely no fear of asking “wait… what does that actually mean?”

• Exam preparation where needed—without killing the soul of the subject

• Big on asking why rather than just what
• Lots of connections between literature, history, mythology, politics, theatre, and modern culture
• No judgement for “I haven’t done the reading.” We work from wherever you’re starting.
I’m a lifelong reader, researcher, and incurable literature enthusiast—equally happy unpacking Shakespeare, Greek myth, Victorian angst, or why dead authors still manage to ruin our emotional stability centuries later.
