About Cleo
I am nobody trying to make people younger than me somebody. I am an autistic 20-year-old senior university student with a passion for writing. I see it as a lost art in a world where people rely heavily on A.I. Some cannot even articulate their own feelings or comprehend their own thoughts. I wish different for my students.

There is this beautiful quote by a character named John Keating, who is a teacher in the novel Dead Poets Society by N.H. Kleinbaum. To his students he says: “We don't read and write poetry because it's cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.”
What beauty. I would love to spark the love of writing in a student the way this quote had ignited it in me.
