About Faith
I am a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English student with a strong academic foundation in language instruction, and instructional material development. My training, combined with hands-on experience in academic projects, has equipped me with the skills to support learners in developing their English proficiency and overall academic confidence.
I take a student-centered and adaptive approach to teaching, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to the learner’s needs, pace, and learning style. I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate actively in their learning process. My teaching methods emphasize guided practice to help students fully understand and apply new concepts.
Each session is structured with clear learning objectives, beginning with a brief review of prior knowledge, followed by focused instruction and interactive activities. I incorporate practice exercises and formative assessments to monitor understanding, followed by constructive feedback to address areas for improvement.
My experience in developing lesson plans, assessment tools, and educational materials allows me to deliver effective instruction. I aim to help students strengthen their skills in English, particularly in reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension, while also building their confidence and independence as learners.

With experience in lesson planning, assessment development, and educational projects as a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English student, I am able to design structured yet flexible lessons that focus on both skill development and confidence building.
