Hello! My name is Alice. I am a native Portuguese speaker studying at the University of Lincoln. Having grown up in Portugal and moved to England as a teenager, I am fluent in both Portuguese and English. This allows me to clearly explain grammar and language differences to English-speaking learners.
In our first lesson, we will discuss your goals and current level so that the lessons can be personalised and tailored to each student. I will focus on speaking practice to increase confidence and build a foundation, as well as grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. I can adapt my teaching style depending on whether you prefer structured lessons or conversation-based learning.
I will use interactive activities, real-life scenarios and structured exercises to make learning practical and engaging. Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but this is flexible. My lessons are for teenagers or adults who want to learn Portuguese for travel or personal interest in a more laid-back and fun style.
